for Youthline.

Together, let's do 31 for Youthline

31 minutes. That's the time (on average) that the 24/7 Helpline counsellors spend helping each young person. 

Youthline are a long-standing oOh! Community partner. For the month of May Youthline are encouraging New Zealanders to Walk the Talk to support young people struggling with their mental health.

What are we doing?

The oOh!media NZ team are all signed up to the Walk the Talk challenge, we also decided to take it a step further (excuse the pun!) and get our agency friends to join us. 


oOh! have enlisted some epic friends to help us support the Walk the Talk challenge in Auckland:

Playground: A full body cardio-focused workout that utilises movements that are low complexity and high intensity. We challenge all energy systems possible within a 40 minute work time period building work rate, work capacity and mental stamina throughout your workout. This class will be adapted for all fitness levels. Find out more.

Hauora WOD: "Workout of the Day" is a high intensity (many reps, short breaks) workout focused around exercising the whole body with a combination of conditioning, body-weight and free weights. This class will be adapted for all fitness levels, followed by a stretching session. Find out more.

Studio Box: 10 rounds and 45 minutes split between two styles of training: explore the skills of boxing for half the class and spend the other half on strength and conditioning, closing with a moment of calm with coolwork and breathwork. Find out more. 

Fitness All Together: Fitness All Together will be coming into the oOh! office to lead a yoga session followed by some meditation to give you some much needed zen after a busy work day! Find out more.

Body Fit Training: BFT uses science and technology to drive positive outcomes, for all fitness levels, with scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle that are overseen by highly accredited coaches. Find out more.

How do I sign up/pay?

oOh! have taken care of the cost of the classes so all you need to do is turn up!

We would also encourage that you add a donation to the oOh! Walk the talk page in the link below.
