oOh! gets behind Men’s Health Week 2021

June 14 – 18 2021 is Men’s Health Week – with frightening statistics highlighting the state of mens’ mental and physical health, oOh!media (oOh!) is getting behind this important cause by encouraging men to take the Men’s Health Week online test.

oOh! has supported the campaign across street furniture and retail centres throughout New Zealand, featuring a call-to-action for members of the public to remind the beloved men in their life to pay attention to their biggest asset, their health by taking the Men’s Health Week test to find out their score.

To further entice the ad industry to get involved, oOh! is giving away a pair of Moscot sunglasses and an Uppercut Grooming Pack.

oOh! Head of Marketing, Kelly Harvey says, “oOh! is happy to be supporting this important initiative. If we can encourage all the men in our lives – partners, fathers, brothers, friends, to visit their doctor and focus on their health, then at least we’ve contributed to raising awareness and hopefully action.”

Why focus on men’s health?

On average, across the globe men live 6 – 8 years less than women, men are more likely to get sick from serious health problems than women. Compared to women, men visit the doctor less frequently, have shorter visits, and only attend when their illness is in its later stages. (Sourced: menshealthweek.co.nz)

To enter, all participants have to do is complete the one-minute test and send oOh! a screenshot of the completed test (Participants can blank out their score, oOh! just want to know people are thinking about their health). Head to https://oohmedianz.com/mens-health-week-2021 for full details.
