1. Promoter The promoter is oOh!media New Zealand Limited (“oOh!”).
2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 12:01am NZST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 17:00pm NZST on 30 September 2026.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who are employed by an advertiser, advertising agency, media agency or business partner of oOh!media New Zealand. Employees of oOh!media New Zealand and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the promotion entry form and answer the following question:
“According to Analytic Partners, what ROI uplift does Out of Home deliver when brands increase spend over summer?”
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Prize There is one (1) prize to be won: $500 Airbnb voucher and $500 Prezzy Card
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, oOh!media reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Any tax liability arising from acceptance of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random prize draw.
The draw will take place at 5:00pm NZST on 30 September 2026 at the offices of oOh!media New Zealand.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of notification, oOh!media reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Publicity By entering this promotion, entrants agree that oOh!media may use their name, company name and entry response for promotional and publicity purposes related to this promotion without further compensation.
9. Privacy Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with oOh!media’s Privacy Policy.
10. General oOh!media reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
11. Promoter’s Rights oOh!media reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
12. Acceptance Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
