oOh!media NZ announced the expansion of its Locky Dock advertising network into Napier, extending its Street Furniture network into Hawke’s Bay and strengthening its presence across regional New Zealand.
The new Locky Dock sites build on oOh!’s existing national Street Furniture footprint, with smart, targeted locations that strengthen coverage across key areas, destination points and high-movement cycleways, giving brands presence in parts of the city that have previously offered limited opportunities for digital Out of Home advertising.
Marine Parade, Carlyle Street and Munroe Street – three of Napier’s busiest coastal, commuter and retail routes – now form a digital advertising corridor through Napier City, the main city and administrative centre of the Hawke’s Bay region. Together, the three sites deliver 200,000 impressions monthly*.
Katie Smith, Network Strategy and Performance Director at oOh!media, says the expansion strengthens the network’s position in the region:
“Extending into Napier gives advertisers a genuine foothold in the Hawke’s Bay market, and represents the first stage in a broader regional expansion, with Hastings and Havelock North to follow in the coming weeks.”
The addition brings the national Locky Dock network to 67 digital screens, spanning metropolitan centres of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, as well as regional hubs including Whangārei, Hamilton, Taupō, Whakatāne, Ōhope, Paraparaumu and Lower Hutt. The network provides advertisers with a combination of urban scale, regional depth and connected reach across communities nationwide.
